Design~Build~Ride (link); we believe that in order to develop a successful bike park there should be a seamless link between these 3 components. When the DBR elements are combined, one company accepts singular responsibility for the entire project, in turn, creating a unified vision that will ensure overall project efficiency, quality, creative on-site adjustments, and time and cost-savings for the client.

Consultation & Design:
PTD can be consulted on any aspect of a trail system or bike park from design to construction to routine maintenance. Our team's many years of trail building experience will help to address and solve any issues you may have. We can produce a competitive bid to affect any necessary repairs discussed in the consultation.
In addition, we offer design services for trail systems and bike parks. We have an amazing design team and an arsenal of resources to ensure innovative and successful designs. However, we are staunch advocates of design~build~ride due to the high-level of specialization and experience required to deliver such a unique product.
Mapping & Signage:
We use a combination of GPS technology & Topographic software to map trail systems and install appropriate signage. Correct signage can help landowners avoid many liability issues by informing users about the location and difficulty of the trail. Don West, our mapping specialist, has many years of mapping experience and his own publishing company, Butterfield Publishing LLC, which has produced a number of trail guides and topographic trail maps for state parks and municipalities throughout the State of Arkansas.
Maintenance:
To ensure that your trail system or bike park is safe, sustainable, and enjoyable, our team offers a variety of services to meet your maintenance needs. We can offer several maintenance packages to fit your budget, ranging from maintenance plan documents to annual maintenance services. The main concern of any trail system is safety & sustainability. With our maintenance packages, we can offer routine checks & repairs to help reduce safety concerns and maintain trail integrity.
- Trail Maintenance
- Bike Park Maintenance - Bike parks and all the different elements within them (i.e. dirt jumps, BMX tracks) require much more maintenance than an average trail system. If you do not have a good maintenance plan in place and a volunteer group or city department to execute, parks can quickly diminish. We offer seasonal packages, in which we can come in 2 or 3 times a year, typically during spring and fall, to bring the park back up to par so that it is more easily manageable by local groups.
