Fat Tire Festival Downhill Course (www.fattirefestival.com)

The Fat Tire DH has become a very flowy freeride oriented DH course over the years. It has been a work in progress and has been revised several years in a row with volunteer efforts. The past two years have seen great additions provided by the PTD team. We managed a 10 plus man crew of humpbacks for 8 hours of work the week before the 2007 event. And for 2008 we overhauled the entire top half of the course transforming it into a pumptrack style course with a lot of flow. Our plans for next year are to overhaul the bottom half to mesh with the style and flow of the top. This has become the most fun DH course in the state!
